yabo鸭脖官网国际交通学院，是yabo鸭脖官网与俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立亚历山大一世皇帝交通大学(以下简称“圣交大”)合作举办的中外合作办学机构，也是陕西省高职院校最早的中外合作办学机构。
圣交大始建于1809年，是俄罗斯历史上第一所高等技术院校，也是俄罗斯最优秀的铁道大学。该校轨道交通专业齐全，特别是在城市轨道交通领域、铁路路基施工与维护领域、铁道车辆制造等专业领域有着悠久历史和世界领先的水平。
圣交大与yabo鸭脖官网众多轨道交通专业对口，具备优势互补的基础。两校在联合培养高素质技术技能人才方面有着很大的合作空间和潜力。yabo鸭脖官网与圣交大合作办学机构——国际交通学院经过近两年的协商谈判与申报，2015年9月获陕西省人民政府正式批复（陕政函[2015]1 66号），2016年5月教育部核定许可（许可证编号GOV61RUA03DNR20160909N） ，同年启动招生。
yabo鸭脖官网国际交通学院实施三年制高等专科学历教育，办学规模计划1080人，纳入国家普通高等学校计划招生。开设专业有：铁道交通运营管理（600108H）、铁道供电技术（600103H）、铁道机车运用与维护（600101H）、铁道车辆技术（600102H）、铁道工程技术（600104H）等五个专业，目前在校生近800人，实施相对独立管理、小班教学，在教育教学资源互补共享的基础上，注重发挥外教的引领作用，突显俄语学习基本特色，输送学生赴俄留学深造，致力于培养适应“一带一路”发展需要的国际化专业技术人才。

The International Transportation College of Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical Institution is a Sino-foreign cooperative educational institution jointly established by Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical Institution and Saint Petersburg State University of Transport named after Emperor Alexander I (hereinafter referred to as “Saint Petersburg State University of Transport”). It is also the earliest Sino-foreign cooperative educational institution among higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province.
Saint Petersburg State University of Transport was founded in 1809 as Russia's first higher technical institution and remains the nation's premier railway university. It offers comprehensive programs in rail transportation, boasting a long history and world-leading expertise particularly in urban rail transit, railway subgrade construction and maintenance, and railway rolling stock manufacturing.
Saint Petersburg State University of Transport and Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical Institution share complementary strengths across numerous rail transit disciplines. Both institutions possess significant potential for collaboration in jointly cultivating high-caliber technical professionals.TheInternational Transportation College, a cooperative educational institution established between Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical Institution and Saint Petersburg State University of Transport , underwent nearly two years of negotiations and applications. It received formal approval from the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government in September 2015 (Shaanxi Government Letter [2015] No. 1 66) and obtained official authorization from the Ministry of Education in May 2016 (License No.GOV61RUA03DNR20160909N). Student enrollment commenced in the same year.
Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical Institution's International Transportation College offers three-year higher vocational education programs with a planned enrollment capacity of 1,080 students, included in the national regular higher education institution enrollment plan. Programs offered include: Railway Transportation Operations Management (600108H), Railway Power Supply Technology (600103H), Railway Locomotive Operation and Maintenance (600101H), Railway Rolling Stock Technology (600102H), Railway Engineering Technology (600104H). With a current enrollment of nearly 800 students, the college implements relatively independent management and small-class teaching. Building upon complementary and shared educational resources, it emphasizes the guiding role of foreign instructors, highlights the fundamental characteristic of Russian language learning, facilitates student exchange programs for further studies in Russia, and is dedicated to cultivating international technical professionals who meet the needs of the Belt and Road Initiative.
In his report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping stated: "We will enhance the appeal and influence of Chinese civilization, uphold the position of Chinese culture, tell China's stories well, disseminate China's voice effectively, present a credible, likable, and respectable image of China, and promote Chinese culture to the world... This provides fundamental guidance and actionable direction for college to engage in international exchange and cooperation.
In recent years, guided by new development concepts, our institution has actively pursued multi-tiered, broad-based educational exchanges and cooperation. Focusing on enhancing international communication capabilities and serving the Belt and Road Initiative, we have continuously innovated collaboration models, expanded exchange scope, and elevated the quality of our openness.
